A video chat is an appointment using facetime, or facebook messenger. Throughout the appointment you will be given a video tour of our inventory. We will focus on specific requests and items you may be looking for as well as show you other minerals that seem like they may be a good match. As we show you pieces you are welcome to say yes or no to any items that you are shown. Any pieces you choose will be placed aside. Items are either individually priced (your price is keystone) and you can handpick your favorite ~or~ they are priced by the flat or bag. A video chat can take as long or as short as you’d like it to take. And you are under no obligation to buy anything. After we are finished, we will tally up your order and send an invoice. As soon as the invoice is paid your items will be (well!) wrapped and shipped. Our shipping is guaranteed.
